Sure, you love the ability to take that top down on nice weather days, but hate dealing with uncooperative hardware or zippers that just refuse to, ehm, zip correctly. So if that’s what is stopping you from putting a soft top on your new Wrangler JL, think again. Mopar’s new Sailcloth Soft Top Kit takes everything you’ve ever known about soft tops and tosses it all out the zipperless window. That’s right, this new top uses a zipper-free C-channel attachment that simply allows you to slide those windows in and out as required. And then there is the hardware system, which is complete with a gas strut-assisted mechanism that is easy to detach and flip open into a Sunrider position. Or, pull the handle in the rear and you can fully recline the top with almost no effort thanks to a smartly engineered rail system. Additionally, the Mopar Soft Top is designed to work perfectly with the factory full steel doors to make a complete seal from the elements. Plus, the thick black Sailcloth material is extremely durable and quiet, and is designed to last through any type of weather. Kit includes everything needed for installation.
