Returns & Exchanges

At Jeep World, we want you to feel as confident in your gear as you do on the trail. If your apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated; simply print it out and attach it securely to your original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Hand over your return package to any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to get your items back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our team inspects the returned garments, we will process your full refund or ship out your requested exchange size within 5-7 business days.
